GS Caltex Y1500 Meltblown Grade PPH

The PP meltblown filter cartridge is made from polypropylene and produced using the latest meltblowing, drawing, and collection technologies. In this process, polypropylene fibers self-adhere and interlock with each other, forming a three-dimensional, tortuous micro-porous structure. Unlike the fiber distribution found in conventional woven fabrics and carded nonwovens, this structure boasts a larger specific surface area, higher porosity, and finer pore sizes. As a result, its superior filtration performance surpasses that of other common filter materials. Moreover, since the fiber diameter and density vary controllably along the radial direction of the filter cartridge, the finished cartridge exhibits a multi-layered gradient structure—denser toward the inner layers and progressively looser toward the outer layers.
