The electret masterbatch 302E uses medical-grade meltblown PP as the carrier and is formulated by adding specialized ionic polymers. It enhances the electrostatic adsorption and negative-ion sterilization capabilities of masks, effectively blocking droplets, dust, viruses, and other particles smaller than microns. It also reduces the resistance of nonwoven fabric products. The filtration efficiency is ≥95%. Product specifications: appearance—white or natural-color transparent granules; odor—no peculiar smell; bulk density—0.5–0.6 g/cm³; recommended addition amount—0.5–1.5%; storage and packaging—this product should be stored and transported in a dark, moisture-proof, low-temperature, dry, and well-ventilated environment. Packaging is available in 25 kg kraft paper bags with an inner plastic liner, or according to customer-specific requirements.

Application
